Project: Latex to MathML
I have an unfinished Latex Math to MathML converter. Only a subset of Latex Math commands are implemented but they are enough for most (say, 95% to 99%) MathML requirements. The converter/library is platform independent and, hence, may be used in a desktop- or server-based applications, for example, for serving MathML formulas. If there are people who need this kind of software, then I am willing to finish it and make it available to them for a certain fee. The license conforms to the requirements of Cofundos.org. The software is a 100% original work of mine. It is not based on anyone else's code.

Maybe you could talk to http://www.wikimedia.org for funding. It would be nice if that could be integrated into MediaWiki. Currently LaTeX is rendered to raster images and the settings tell MathML is not implented for years now.
